This role focuses on managing communication and scheduling between clients and skilled Visa Experts. The Client Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking skilled immigration advice.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Contact clients to arrange consultations with Visa Experts based on client needs and availability.
  2. Engage potential clients, answering basic questions about immigration services.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking skilled immigration advice.
  4. Assist clients in preparing for meetings with Visa Experts by providing details on necessary documents, timelines, and expectations.
  5. Relay client-specific information to advisors and ensure they are well prepared for each meeting.
  6. Maintain open communication between clients and advisors to ensure effective service delivery.
  7. Provide a high level of customer service, addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.
  8. Follow up with clients post-meeting to ensure they have the necessary support for next steps.

Key Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  2. 0-1 year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service, client calling).
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities.
  6. Basic understanding of skilled immigration processes and requirements is advantageous.

About This Role:
