Job Overview:

The role is focused on managing supplier compliance by maintaining relevant documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and generating metrics for performance analysis. Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing compliance documents, coordinating quality assurance agreements, developing visual reports, and participating in internal process development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier compliance documentation.
  • Ensure timely and efficient data collection and compilation of metrics for performance management.
  • Develop high-quality visual reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support regulatory and customer audits as needed.
Required Skills:
  • Pharmacist qualification
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with business systems like Veeva and Power BI
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work systematically across multiple requests and cultural boundaries
