Dispatch Operations Coordinator

 

Salary:

 

We are seeking an entry-level candidate to fill this position. The salary will be commensurate with experience.Job Description:

 

You will play a crucial role in coordinating dispatch operations, working closely with carriers, shippers, and brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery. This includes managing administrative tasks, answering calls, organizing files, and participating in projects.

 

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with carriers, shippers, and brokers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and correspondence.
Requirements:

 

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer skills are also desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
