Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

· Maintain and update employee payroll data including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.

· Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant information.

· Ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (e.g., income tax, docks, deductions)

· Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal departments and external agencies.

· Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

· Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and proper recordkeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of payroll principles, labor laws, and tax regulations.

· Proficiency with payroll software and systems.

· Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
