Seek a challenging and rewarding role in sales order processing where you can utilize your skills to oversee the efficient handling of customer orders from initiation to completion.This position ensures that all orders are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and in compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Close coordination with sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams is required to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and billing processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Sales Order Management:
  • Oversight of the processing of customer orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and validation of sales orders to ensure compliance with company policies, terms, and pricing agreements
  • Monitoring of order status throughout the fulfillment process and communication of any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders
Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Collaboration with sales, inventory management, logistics, and finance teams to align all aspects of order fulfillment
  • Work with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Partner with the customer service team to address any order-related inquiries or issues raised by customers
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination:
  • Ensure sufficient inventory is available to fulfill orders and coordinate with the logistics team to schedule timely delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages or delays to the sales team to manage customer expectations
  • Support in optimizing the order fulfillment process to reduce lead times and improve efficiency
Process Improvement:
  • Identification of areas for improvement in the sales order processing workflow and implementation of solutions to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency
  • Recommendation and implementation of process automation or software enhancements to streamline order management
  • Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order processing to ensure consistency and compliance
Reporting & Metrics:
  • Tracking and analysis of key order processing metrics, such as order accuracy, processing times, and fulfillment rates
  • Preparation of reports and dashboards for senior management on order processing performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction remains high
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience in sales order processing, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in the telecom or related industry
  • Proficiency in order management systems and CRM platforms
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
