Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Order Management: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and payments in SAP.
  • Payment Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on customer payments, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • MBA/Master's degree with 1-2 years of experience in sales operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
