As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading client acquisition and project onboarding from various platforms. Your primary objective will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's strengths and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting clear value propositions and demonstrating expertise in digital services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform outreach strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to scope project feasibility, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure smooth handover post-contract.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and conversion targets through consistent performance and strategic follow-up, maintaining accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools.
  • Optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms to increase visibility, trust, and inbound inquiries, representing the company professionally in virtual meetings, negotiations, and all client communications.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT or digital services space, with hands-on experience working with freelancing and service marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of digital services, including web development, SEO, design, and UI/UX, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals, with self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, with proficiency in CRM and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and proposal writing best practices, with a Mid-Senior level position offering Full-time employment in Business Development and Sales, focusing on IT Services and IT Consulting.
