Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and guidance throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from UK-based customers to address airline ticket inquiries and bookings.

About the Role
    You will be responsible for resolving queries regarding flight schedules, fares, and airline policies in a professional and efficient manner. You will also process payments and bookings while guiding customers through the ticketing process.
    To ensure high customer satisfaction, you must deliver exceptional service with strong communication skills, adhering to call center guidelines by maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

      Explain travel options persuasively to clients, highlighting benefits and features
