Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing Clarity and Rally applications with minimal guidance and handle multiple competing tasks while meeting deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Test functional aspects of Resource management, Finance management, Project management, and Custom objects.
  • Prepare estimations, test plans, and strategies for successful project execution.
  • Develop status reports, informative slide decks, and analytical graphs/pivots for users during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Engage in discussions with stakeholders, conduct demos, and provide support as needed.
  • Coordinate with teams and involve them in User Acceptance Testing to acquire sign-offs.
  • Train and guide the Testing Team.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong skills in testing, problem-solving, and communication. You should also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of functional testing principles and practices.
  • Experience working with Clarity and Rally applications.
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
