Job Title: Aircraft Control Room and Scheduling Coordinator

Control Room Functions

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our team in the aircraft control room. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth aircraft scheduling and control room operations.

  • Liaise with airport authorities, ground handlers, and other relevant parties to facilitate aircraft movement and hangar operations.
  • Prepare and send reports and notifications to management and staff as required.
  • Broadcast important information and updates to the team and management.
  • Apply for hangar passes and aircraft handling permits as necessary.
  • Update and provide reports on DAMS and OTD systems.
  • Confirm arrival and departure of aircraft for checks carried out in the hangar.
  • Liaise with operations to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Attend meetings with customers and management to discuss aircraft scheduling and control room operations.
  • Answer queries from customers, staff, and management.
  • Handle after-hours AOG calls and respond to urgent issues.
Scheduling Functions

The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning aircraft movements and bay allocations in the hangars. This includes:

  • Planning aircraft movement and bay allocation in the hangars.
  • Collaborating with scheduling teams to provide 3-month charts for SQ, EC, and marketing.
  • Providing fortnightly aircraft check schedules.
  • Liaising with Scoot, SIA, and sales teams for current and future hangar checks.
  • Updating management on planned aircraft movements.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in JAMIS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
  • Fluency in English and strong written communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with senior management.
  • Attention to detail and good housekeeping practices, especially in paperwork filing.
  • Ability to make decisions based on operational requirements.
