Job Title: Aircraft Scheduler

Scheduling Operations
  • Liaising with teams is crucial for departure bay, remote bay, ERUB, refueling/defueling, compass swing, and FCF coordination.
  • We work closely with SATS Catering for offloading operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Collaboration with Security is essential for G24 opening access.
  • We prepare and transmit telexes for aircraft handover and FCF notifications in a timely manner.
  • Broadcasting important information regarding incidents, accidents, Lightning/High Wind Alerts, and hangar activities keeps management and staff informed.
  • We issue Hangar passes and ALH passes as required.
  • Our team updates and provides DAMS and OTD reports regularly.
  • Confirming arrival and departure schedules for aircraft checks in the hangar and coordinating with Operations ensures efficient use of resources.
  • Participating in meetings with customers and management to discuss aircraft scheduling, planning, and control room tasks fosters effective collaboration.
  • We respond promptly to queries from customers, staff, and management.
  • Addressing after-hours AOG calls requires attention to detail and effective communication.
  • Coordinating airtug servicing dates with LM Utilities minimizes operational impact during downtime.
  • We plan staffing for the Control Room in case of absences to maintain 24/7 availability.
Aircraft Movement Planning
  • We plan aircraft movements and bays in Hangars efficiently.
  • Collaboration with scheduling and providing 3-month charts for SQ, EC, and marketing supports strategic planning.
  • Providing fortnightly aircraft check schedule reports ensures timely planning.
  • Liaising with Scoot, SIA, and Sales for current and future hangar checks for bay planning maintains up-to-date information.
  • We keep management updated on planned aircraft to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in JAMIS/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Office/Outlook is essential for our operations.
  • We require individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work overtime as required, ensuring flexibility in our operations.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to write reports in English, is crucial for clear communication.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary to inform senior management about key issues.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong housekeeping and paperwork filing skills will thrive in this role.
  • Able to make decisions based on operational needs, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
