Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily line station operations and ensure the effective inspection and repair of aircraft. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing 100% seat functionality on all overnight aircraft before departure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule site personnel to weekly shift patterns based on customer flight schedules.
  • Direct inventory control and local logistics of customer and company-owned capital assets.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance activities for systems installed on customer aircraft during overnight holds.
  • Manage office administration, including local port authority personnel identification, U.S. Customs clearance, security seals, overtime, vehicle maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external contacts, including customers, airport authorities, and logistics providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as MMS Administration Staff, HR, and other departments as required.
  • May perform onboard maintenance activities and fill in for absent employees.
  • Conduct operational audits to improve team competency and credibility.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and provide guidance on the ground.
  • Attend daily productivity input meetings (PIM) and follow up with team members on action items and operations updates.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of lead/crew chief/supervisory experience.
  • Background in Aircraft Line Maintenance with CAAS certifications.
  • FAA A&P, CAAS B2, UK CAA B2, EASA B2, or equivalent certification is required.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of eX System and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Resolves conflicts and issues in a professional manner.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
