Senior Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a senior sales professional to lead our commercial sales team.

Our technology approach builds efficiencies and growth for businesses in various sectors.

The ideal candidate will be a competitive and driven leader who can scale and manage global sales teams, consistently achieving targets selling technology products to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team.
  • Set and execute pipeline targets, ensuring consistent execution and accountability.
  • Ensure end-to-end sales playbook execution and work closely with operations to align CRM process and training programs.
  • Teach and measure sales team responsibilities, including prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business.
  • Pipeline planning - maintain a current pipeline.
  • Bring all available offers to bear on sales pursuits and share best practice sales skills.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in technology.
  • At least 4 years of experience in international sales, US market preferred.
  • Graduation with a concentration in marketing or management.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales and demonstrated success in a fast-paced market.
  • Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
