We are seeking a skilled Evening Accountant to support our accounting department in various tasks, including handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

About the Role:
  • Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries, as well as monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data, identify potential variances, and participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and organized financial records, both electronically and physically, and supporting ad-hoc accounting projects as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar role, preferably in the accounting industry. You will also possess solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with different teams.

You will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and possesses excellent time management skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
