About the Job

The Senior Manager Business Development will be responsible for assisting sales teams in qualifying customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis at Sybrid (Pvt) Ltd - A Lakson Group Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrating the Product: Assist in demonstrating the product to suspects and prospects with both standard and tailored presentations.
  2. Pilot and Prototype Management: Oversee the management of pilots and prototypes to meet customer requirements.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop product-centric selling strategies.
  4. Technical Environment Management: Ensure the smooth operation of technical pre-sales environments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Presentations and MS Project Plans: Develop and deliver product-centric presentations to customers and create draft MS project plans for implementation consulting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Access, and general computer skills.
  • Audience Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical and business information to diverse audiences.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Service Operations Background: Previous experience or domain expertise in service operations.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to comprehend business processes and business challenges.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to capture business and technical requirements.

Additonal Skills:

  • Selling Capabilities: Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling.
  • Marketing Message Creation: Ability to develop compelling marketing messages.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific and technical whitepapers.
