We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key support role in our sales department. As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team, working closely with the team lead to effectively manage leads and maintain our CRM system.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records within the CRM system, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales, handling daily tasks and activities, and supporting organizational duties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to handle paperwork and form submissions as needed.
- Offer backup support to the onboarding team, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient delivery of services.
- Conduct pre-qualification processes to ensure high-quality leads.
- Onboard new clients, guaranteeing a smooth transition and integration process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and objection resolution skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in English language.
