Human Resource Generalist

  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 8 YEARS to conduct Ethical Standard, CTPAT, ISO and WRAP Audit
  • Verify applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
  • Coordinate examinations by scheduling appointments.
  • Extend a warm welcome to new employees by conducting orientation.
  • Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintain accurate employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change details.
  • Provide administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to organization standards.
  • Develop technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Collaborate with team members by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Perform photocopying, faxing documents and other clerical functions.
  • File papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence.
  • Create new employee files.
