
Regional Sales Lead

As a key player in sales, you will oversee indirect activities within your assigned territory to drive revenue and expansion.
- Effectively manage franchise relationships to meet monthly/annual targets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs: Gross Adds - First Call Activation (FCA), Revenue - Primary & Secondary Recharge, Business growth and improvement of market share within the assigned territory, Financial Services, Devices and Internet product offerings, Location based Business Segment KPIs.
- Timely communication of targets and its monitoring/reporting.
- Regular market visits to gather insights and competitor information etc.
- Route planning and target setting for regional sales officers.
- This position offers career advancement opportunities in Sales & Distribution Operations, Planning, Trade Marketing, Direct selling within the Business Solutions department.
