Job Summary

Serves as the principal liaison with managers and administrators on day-to-day issues within specified areas of billing operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with administrative and operational tasks, answering calls, managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and documents, participating in projects, and supporting daily activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communication Skills: Answer calls, manage correspondence, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Project Support: Participate in projects and support daily activities to achieve business objectives.
