As a seasoned Finance & Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial growth and success of our organization.

Your ResponsibilitiesYou will assist in the month-end activities and preparation of management accounts, as well as management accounting, financial and regulatory reporting. You will also provide commercial and operational management information to support rapid global expansion.
You will own the general ledger and build an objective understanding of all its underlying transactions. Additionally, you will deliver process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process - both via automation and control.
You will align financial data for the country from various finance ERP systems, including rollout, harmonizing business processes, and providing visibility of operations across the products.
Ultimately, you will build a highly scalable and efficient accounting and finance function.
What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a professional with 7+ years of experience in finance functions, preferably with experience within cross-functional and multinational teams.
You should have strong accounting knowledge and proven experience in month-end close, financial, and regulatory reporting.
You should also have experience in process automation and control optimization - both functional requirements through to system go-live.
Excellent attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to comprehend and narrate financial records for external stakeholders are essential.
A positive attitude, 'can do' approach, and willingness to give everything a go from manual processing to larger projects are required.
