Job Title: Insurance Distribution Lead

This leadership role will be responsible for scaling JazzCash's insurance business across multiple digital and assisted channels. Key responsibilities include ensuring customers have seamless, trusted, and accessible insurance journeys across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale insurance distribution across Mobile App, USSD, Call Centers, Retail/Agent network, and future innovative channels.
  • Deliver and exceed business targets through strategic planning, product-channel synergies, and performance optimization.
  • Establish frameworks to monitor channel productivity, sales quality, customer retention, and complaint ratios.
  • E nsure all sales channels adhere to regulatory guidelines (SECP/SBP) and internal controls, with zero tolerance for mis-selling.
  • Design and roll out data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance customer trust and adoption.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Negotiate with insurers, aggregators, and vendors to secure favorable partnerships.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities such as embedded insurance and lifestyle-driven protection products.
  • Utilize analytics and market research to guide channel strategy.
Requirements:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in insurance/fintech/banking with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel distribution and delivering business KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to innovate beyond conventional distribution.
