We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell insurance policies (life, health, auto, home, etc.) to new and existing clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
Provide policy information, quotes, and recommendations to clients
Process insurance applications and claims
Meet sales targets and performance goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements:
Insurance license (Life, Health, Property & Casualty, etc.)
Strong communication and sales skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
Strong organizational and time management skills
