About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our largest revenue line, leveraging your Spanish language skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong executive relationships and a deep understanding of each client's business to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Survey clients to understand their pain points and align those needs with our solution.
  • Demonstrate our software and solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with your account team to grow and support your customers.
  • Proactively engage clients on upcoming contract renewals to ensure a smooth process.
  • Resolve problems by identifying issues, thinking critically, and implementing best solutions.
  • Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, using that knowledge and market input to drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both English & Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of relevant or transferable experience.
  • Strong ownership attitude from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Leadership and/or management experience with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external decision-makers.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through a deep understanding of the customer's business and our solutions.
