ServiceNow Developer/ Software Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help us deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience with ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing ServiceNow instances in the IAM space, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Leading project development, managing key tasks within the Identity and Access Management domain, and providing technical support to meet schedule and quality standards.
- Serving as ServiceNow Access Pod Architect, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure development aligns with industry standards.
- Performing code reviews to maintain quality and compliance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
- Presenting updates and gathering feedback through show-and-tell sessions, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Analyzing data issues to identify and resolve problems affecting development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Coordinating code releases, creating change requests, and communicating deployment needs to support teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Maintaining compliance with IDAM and industry standards, addressing any required changes to ensure ongoing success.
- Identifying risks and issues, promptly informing project managers, and developing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Managing ServiceNow Pod tasks to ensure platform upgrades do not risk IAM workflows, protecting the integrity of our systems.
- Providing training and support to IAM Project Pod developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
