We are currently seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage ServiceNow in the IAM space, overseeing development and incident management within the Identity and Access Management domain.
- Lead project development, managing key tasks within the IAM Access Development Pod, providing technical support to meet schedule and quality standards.
- Serve as ServiceNow Access Pod Architect, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure development aligns with standards.
- Perform code reviews to maintain quality and compliance.
- Lead show-and-tell sessions to present updates and gather feedback.
- Analyze data issues to identify and resolve problems affecting development.
- Coordinate code releases, create change requests, and communicate deployment needs to support teams, supporting pre-deployment meetings.
- Monitor compliance with IDAM and HSBC standards, addressing any required changes.
- Identify risks and issues, promptly informing the project manager.
- Manage ServiceNow Pod tasks to ensure platform upgrades do not risk IAM workflows.
- Coordinate training sessions for IAM Project Pod developers, ensuring they attend necessary training.
- Handle environment setup, cloning, and management.
