We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Solutions Expert. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Inbound Calls and Emails: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Software Support: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Investigate Root Causes: Use system knowledge to identify and resolve underlying issues, preventing future problems from arising.
  • Gather Information: Collect relevant data from customers to report or escalate to subject matter experts as necessary.
  • Promote Quality Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure that all interactions with customers reflect positively on our company.

Requirements:

  • Customer Support Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with international clients.
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and creative approach to finding solutions.
