About this position:

  • Provide technical support to sales teams by addressing technical questions and delivering presentations to clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demos tailored to client needs, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure proposed solutions align with their needs.
  • Help customize solutions to fit client environments, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
  • Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and other necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and ensure solutions meet client expectations.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or software consultancy.
  • Solid understanding of software development, APIs, and implementation processes.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a full-time onsite position with the following working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00
