US Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and be proficient in using advanced LinkedIn tools to source top talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for US-based positions. They will also be expected to proactively search and engage with potential candidates using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other recruitment automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet dynamic and ongoing hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align recruitment strategies.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure success and optimize sourcing strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of LinkedIn recruitment tools such as Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Proven track record in US-based talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-focused.
