Key Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.

Conduct regular risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide solutions to mitigate threats.

Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensure prompt resolution and minimize impact.

Manage and maintain cutting-edge security tools and technologies to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Educate employees on security best practices, foster a culture of awareness and vigilance.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends, and developments to inform strategic decisions.

Assist in developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure resilience and minimal downtime.

Conduct thorough security audits and assessments to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.

Foster a continuous improvement mindset to enhance security awareness and practices throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in information security or a related role.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
