Job Overview:

This role involves supporting the Finance and Administration teams in various tasks, including financial record-keeping, process support, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage financial records with precision and attention to detail.
  2. Monitor project expenses, receipts, and essential financial documents.
  3. Contribute to various financial processes, such as salary management, reimbursement handling, and timely payment releases.
  4. Prioritize tasks and provide seamless support to the team for projects within and beyond their scope.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from Audits, PCP, PCC, FBR, and other governing bodies.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of non-profit governance regulations, PCP, FBR, EAD, Audits, and renewal procedures is advantageous.
