  3. Managing utility bills and operational expenses.
  4. Processing expense reports and reimbursements.
  5. Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  6. Inbound and outbound calling, including cold calling Canadian clients.
  7. Organizing digital documents for real estate listings and client records.
  8. Assisting with tasks assigned by the manager.
