Business Solution Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Solution Partner to act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales teams and IT, ensuring business needs are translated into effective IT solutions.

  • This role will partner with Marketing and Sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will manage and support digital marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Sprinkler, Gigya, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager).
  • This individual will drive automation and integration projects across marketing and sales applications, including website pixel integrations and data frameworks.
  • The successful candidate will ensure smooth functioning and continuous improvement of marketing and sales IT systems through regular monitoring and optimization.
  • They will collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Additionally, this role will provide training and support to business teams to maximize usage of marketing and sales IT tools.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to digital transformation initiatives, focusing on data-driven marketing and customer engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in IT/business-facing roles, preferably in FMCG, telecom, or digital marketing domains.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales operations and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing/sales platforms (Sprinkler, Gigya, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Knowledge of system integration, automation, and data management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
