Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to bridge the Marketing and Sales teams with the IT department. This individual will ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into functional IT solutions. The focus is on implementing, sustaining, and improving digital platforms and tools to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness, data-driven decision-making, and customer engagement.

A typical day in this role involves partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions. Key responsibilities include managing and supporting digital marketing and sales platforms, driving automation and integration projects across various applications, ensuring the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of marketing and sales IT systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing training and support to business teams.

This role also contributes to digital transformation initiatives focusing on data-driven marketing and customer engagement. Additionally, it ensures compliance with data privacy and security guidelines while managing digital tools and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in IT/business-facing roles preferably in FMCG, telecom, or digital marketing domains
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales operations and processes
  • Hands-on experience with marketing/sales platforms including Sprinkler, Gigya, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, and Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge of system integration, automation, and data management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience handling cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills (preferred)
