As a Jr. Customer Support Engineer at Professional Systems (Pvt) Ltd, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in the Islamabad region.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Hold a DAE-ELECTRONICS degree from a reputable institution
  • Fresh graduates or those with up to 01 year of experience in scientific/analytical equipment are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic and results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

Preferred Attributes:

  • Local residents of Islamabad/Rawalpindi with a valid motorbike license
