A Facilities Manager is needed to oversee the efficient operation of our infrastructures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business Administration and 8-10 years of experience in facility administration.

The responsibilities include developing strategies for efficient maintenance, establishing a preventive maintenance program, scheduling downtime for emergency repairs, conducting regular site visits, and preparing detailed monthly reports.

  • Lead the project and ensure efficient operation of all infrastructures.
  • Establish programs for preventive maintenance and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
  • Schedule downtime when necessary for emergency repairs.
  • Prepare weekly status reports regarding all ongoing projects.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly site walks and review assets on a daily basis (as required by the contractual agreement) with a report of performance on a weekly/monthly basis for stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on asset condition, facility inspection, and performance outcomes as per the agreed SLA and KPIs of the contract.
  • Develop requests for proposals for high-value, multi-year projects and perform detailed bid analysis.
  • Procure monthly cleaning & hygiene consumables, MEP consumables, and spares for the fixed contract.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and mediate between the client and the local on-site team, focusing on process improvements and recommendations for customer experience enhancements.
  • Oversee EHS operations and ensure the safety of the work environment on site.
  • Process invoices and ensure accuracy of cost center coding.
