About This Role
  • Drive the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing scalable cloud environments on AWS.
  2. Architect and maintain containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes with a strong focus on Amazon EKS for microservices orchestration and deployment.
  3. Streamline and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrating Terraform, EKS, and Kubernetes into modern deployment workflows.
  4. Develop reusable Terraform modules and manage remote backends and state management for infrastructure consistency and scalability.
  5. Monitor system health, performance, and security across AWS and Kubernetes environments; implement observability best practices.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.
  7. Guide and mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
  8. Stay current with emerging DevOps tools, AWS offerings, and Kubernetes trends to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10–12+ years of experience in DevOps, with proven leadership in cloud-native infrastructure solutions.
  • Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform, including writing modules, managing state, and implementing IaC best practices.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS for container orchestration and cluster management.
  • Solid understanding of Docker, Helm, and related container tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and automation workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or lead a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
