Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

  • Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Implement and maintain GitOps-based deployment pipelines using FluxCD or ArgoCD.
  • Develop and manage Helm charts for packaging and deploying applications.
  • Integrate and manage cluster observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK/ELK stack.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across environments.
  • Collaborate with developers and SREs to ensure smooth application rollouts and secure infrastructure.
  • Optimize cluster performance, cost, and security through custom configurations and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-native architectures for high-performance applications.
  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters on managed platforms like Amazon EKS or GKE.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts in Bash, Python, or Golang to streamline infrastructure management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and governance.
  • Provide expert-level support for cloud infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Kubernetes in a production environment.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes internals, networking, and API primitives.
  • Hands-on experience with FluxCD or ArgoCD for GitOps-based workflows.
  • Proficiency in Helm for application packaging and templating.
  • Knowledge of creating and customizing CRDs and Operators.
  • Familiarity with cluster bootstrapping, upgrades, and day-to-day operations.
  • Good understanding of IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Strong debugging skills at the container, Kubernetes, and networking layers.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to root cause analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, etc.
  • Experience with Karpenter, Cilium, or OPA.
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Golang.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native security tools and Kubernetes hardening best practices.
  • Certifications such as CKA, CKAD are a plus.
