As a Product Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our financial services and risk management strategy. You will report directly to the executive overseeing this strategic initiative and operate with increasing autonomy as you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translating Customer Needs: Identify and articulate customer requirements to develop effective consumer experiences.
  • Developing Product Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product roadmaps considering business, legal, customer care, usability, and technical issues.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Contribute to ongoing changes to product implementation in response to analysis and market changes.
  • Senior Management Communication: Communicate with senior management to ensure product trade-offs are data-driven and made efficiently.
  • Maintaining Partner Relationships: Foster relationships with key partners such as data vendors or technology outsourcers.
  • Product Reviews and Demonstrations: Conduct product reviews with prospects and clients, organize demos, and provide training.
  • Internal Communication: Ensure efficient internal communication around product-related topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering is required, along with 3 years of prior experience working in a Financial Operations environment. Familiarity with Portfolio Managers and Middle Office functions, understanding of derivative products, and knowledge of software engineering technologies are essential for success in this challenging position. Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, or Markit is a plus, and superior communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
