Job Title: Assistant Manager – SPM

MBA preferably in Supply Chain from a recognized university with at least 2 years of experience. A Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist the manager in SCM-related activities, including:

  1. Preparing and maintaining vendor records
  2. Coordinating with vendors throughout the procurement process

The ideal candidate will have experience of PPRA rules and regulations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the manager in SCM-related activities, including preparing and maintaining vendor records and coordinating with vendors throughout the procurement process
  • Enlisting new suppliers in Oracle-ERP for tendering purposes after verifying their active taxpayer status
  • Creating accounts in Oracle-ERP and categorizing them for financial purposes
  • Updating vendor information and deactivating blacklisted vendors
  • Restoring vendor accounts after debarment periods and communicating with relevant departments
  • Preparing status reports on Approved Capital Budget items and Service Contracts
  • Creating new item codes within the Item Master Oracle Database
  • Preparing Purchase Requisitions based on procurement needs
