Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for improved conversions and ROI
• Conduct thorough research on keywords, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
• Create detailed reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad copy and visual assets
