People Lead


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled People Lead to drive strategic growth and workforce performance in our Karachi, Pakistan location.

  • Support and partner with senior leaders on defining and executing global and local policy and change initiatives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand the commercial impact of people decisions and provide strategic guidance.
  • Lead talent management practices within assigned business units, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans impacting the bottom line.
  • Manage works council relations and ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements.
  • Drive engagement on market culture agenda and coach leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values.
  • Support effective Learning and Development programs in collaboration with Talent Management teams.
  • Lead DE&I market initiatives to ensure deep and diverse talent and drive wellbeing initiatives across Pakistan.
  • Drive Employer Branding agenda in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams and Market People Leads.

Requirements:

  • HR professional with 13+ years' experience in People Capability Development, Rewards, Training Delivery, Organization Design & Change Management, and Supply Chain HR Partnering.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws along with emerging external employment & development trends.
  • Excellent people management skills combined with results-oriented and analytical approach.
  • Drives positive change with comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree

Additional Information:

  • Minimal travel requirements within Pakistan
  • Full-time work schedule
