Talent Strategist


Job Description:

In workforce optimization at a leading organization, you will focus on analyzing and forecasting the firm's current and future workforce needs. This involves examining workforce trends, applying strategic workforce planning, short- and long-term resource allocation, and improving overall employee engagement.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess current and future staffing requirements. Develop resource plans that align with organizational objectives and anticipate changes in demand.
  • Ensure optimal deployment of human resources based on skill sets and project requirements. Monitor and adjust resource plans on a real-time basis to address changing priorities.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within talent management practices. Develop programs to support a diverse workforce.
  • Analyze data related to talent management and resource planning to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Track key performance indicators, i.e., staff utilization and report findings to leadership.
  • Utilize HR systems and tools to streamline talent management processes and improve data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should hold a BSc(Honours) degree in management, resource planning, data analytics, or any similar discipline.
