Key Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Training Manager. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training strategies that align with business objectives.

  • This includes conducting needs assessments and identifying skills gaps across departments to create targeted programs.
  • The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules that enhance employee performance and improve organizational outcomes.
Priorities and Expectations

This role requires collaboration with department heads to align training with employee growth plans and business goals. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Frequent tracking of training participation, progress, and outcomes using learning management systems (LMS) is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining a culture of continuous learning and professional development among employees is essential to the success of this position.
Educational Background and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a similar HR role.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that yield positive results.
