Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work closely with developers and product stakeholders to design intuitive, data-centric applications. Key responsibilities include leading UI/UX design in Figma from wireframes and prototypes to final design assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UI/UX design in Figma, from wireframes and prototypes to final design assets.
  • Work with the product team to create low-fidelity wireframes for rapid discovery and iteration.
  • Translate concepts into clean, logical, scalable UI/UX flows that developers can implement with confidence.
  • Build and maintain a Figma component library / design system aligned with React best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and well-structured.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and usability.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (SaaS, dashboards, or complex apps preferred).
  • Expert in Figma: components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, prototyping.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI/UX for data-heavy applications.
  • Ability to design component-based systems that map well to React or similar frameworks.
  • Experience producing both low-fi wireframes and high-fi production-ready designs.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers, understanding their workflows and constraints.
  • Detail-oriented — avoids sloppy design, enforces consistency in spacing, typography, and interactions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to balance speed in discovery with precision in delivery.
