UI/UX Design Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled UI/UX designer to take on a leadership role in the development of innovative web products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap, and excellent collaboration skills to work closely with developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end UI/UX design strategies from concept to final implementation.
  • Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
  • Understand platform limitations and design within the constraints of Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly on designs.
  • Implement design consistency across products using design systems and component libraries.
  • Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all devices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma or prototyping using AI tools like Cursor/v0.
  • Proven track record designing within Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and developer workflows.
  • Experience collaborating directly with developers and product managers in agile environments.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and real-world implementation.
