Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior management by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing communications. The role requires strong multitasking skills, discretion in handling confidential matters, and proficiency in managing travel arrangements, reports, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Migration Coordinator will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the migration process. This position is responsible for managing visa applications, assessing client eligibility, and providing clear guidance on the migration process. The Migration Coordinator will ensure compliance with immigration laws while maintaining effective communication and a high standard of client service.

The responsibilities include:
  1. Conducting client consultations and assessments
  2. Preparing and submitting visa applications
  3. Managing client cases
  4. Providing ongoing client communication and support
  5. Conducting research and ensuring compliance with regulations
  6. Managing documents and records
  7. Coodinating with stakeholders
  8. Improving processes
  9. Analyzing and reporting on case data
Key Requirements:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree with an engineering background is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in migration services or a similar client-centered role is highly valued.

Skillset: Above average communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
