Job Title: Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking a proactive and creative marketing strategy lead to spearhead and execute innovative marketing strategies for both U.S. and Pakistan operations.

This role involves leading content creation, publishing, and engagement across platforms, managing campaigns targeting U.S. and Pakistan audiences with platform-appropriate messaging, analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc., optimizing websites and landing pages for performance, SEO, and user experience, and working with internal teams to align digital marketing with overall sales and branding goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership initiatives while staying current on digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to both markets.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT or B2B sectors).
  • Proven skills in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
