
Administrative Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Leader to manage our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates for available positions.
- Employee Records and Payroll:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
- Oversee payroll management to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Data Management and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to data protection policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective data base management practices.
- Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution:
- Develop strategies for conflict and crisis management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Evaluate and address employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Staff Separations:
- Coordinate staff separations, including final settlements and exit interviews.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Evaluate employee performance through regular appraisals.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent English language communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess a cooperative, vigilant, punctual, and honest personality.
- Ability to manage stress levels and maintain a pleasing demeanor.
- Demonstrate target-oriented behavior and a strong team player spirit.
- Able to work independently and quickly adapt to new situations.
