Research Publication Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Publication Specialist to join our team. As a leader in academic and research publication support, we are committed to delivering exceptional writing, editing, and consulting services that help scholars and researchers succeed globally.

About Us:

We provide comprehensive services including manuscript writing, peer review support, journal selection, and publication consultancy to help researchers publish in high-impact journals.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time position based in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our client base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with researchers and academic institutions, and offering solutions customized to their publication goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to grow the client base
  • Conducting consultations and presentations for prospective clients to showcase our services
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts and promote our services
  • Providing client onboarding and product training as needed to ensure a smooth experience
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets to drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the academic or digital service industry, to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Able to train and guide clients through our services to meet their publication goals
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to demonstrate knowledge of sales principles and practices
