Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the tourism industry in northern and southern Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the tourism industry.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating deals that meet the needs of both parties.
  • Having a thorough understanding of the tourism services being sold, including features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prioritizing leads, managing schedules efficiently, and following up on prospects consistently.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening to understand customer needs.
  • Able to convince customers of the value of a product or service and skillful negotiation to close deals that are beneficial for both parties.
  • In-depth understanding of the tourism services being sold, including features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
  • Empathy and patience when interacting with customers, quick and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adjust approaches based on different customers and situations, staying calm and professional under pressure.
